The company GETHANKO BUILDING ENTERPRISES LTD was founded in 1986 and since then and until today deals with the construction of houses and apartment buildings in the greater Nicosia area.

The company emphasizes on the anti-seismic behavior and the quality of construction, the energy and bioclimatic behavior of its projects as well as the consistency and delivery time of the building within a framework of modern and aesthetically pleasing design.

Staffed with qualified and experienced Engineers, it offers buyers ready-made houses and apartments but also the ability for customers to build their home, always according to their requirements and particularities, in its configuration.

The company also offers the possibility of designing and building a house on a plot owned by customers, with plans and studies prepared by the design department of our company.
